How We Are Organized and Governed
Since Concern Mission International was established in 2005, there have been remarkable changes in governance practices in the past twenty-two (22) years.
The Board of Directors reviews our arrangements regularly to make sure that we are fulfilling our commitment to best practices in our governance and transparency.

Bylaws and Constitution, Organizational Policy, Rules and Regulations Governing Concern Mission International
The Board of Directors, which is Concern’ Mission's governing body, recently reviewed its governance disposition in light of developing practices and the changes required under the IRS 501 (3c) tax-exempt Act regarding Charitable organizations.
At our Annual General Meeting, held in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, a new governing document, the Concern Mission International Bylaws and Constitution was developed and adapted in 2012. This Rules and regulations governance document was approved by the Members of Concern Mission International Incorporated.
The members form the general body that has responsibility for the Constitution of Concern Mission International, the election of the Board of Directors, and the appointment of the auditors. As well as its membership, and the Board, Concern has a senior management team. We are fully compliant with the Charities Governance Code and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Not-for-profit Code of Corporate Governance.
