WOMEN ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Concern Mission’s Women Economic Empowerment Program (WEEP) is a program that aims to give spiritual and practical support to women who are victims of exploitation. The program assists prostitutes and destitute women to rebuild their lives and regain their human dignity.
The “WEEP” program brings women together from villages and cities for counseling, workshops, seminars, training, and retreats. Women are motivated and encouraged to mobilize themselves and build new communities where compassion and love, discipline, and a sense of responsibility, are integrated into the development of the self and the community.

CMI Women Economic Empowerment in Liberia
In Liberia, and Ghana, indigenous ministries help local Christians start small businesses to provide for their families and establish a place for themselves in communities that would otherwise reject them.

CMI Sponsored Women in Apenticeship in Ghana
In poverty-stricken regions where illiteracy is high, indigenous missionaries open schools. They help pull women out of the soul-killing work of prostitution by teaching them a vocational skill such as sewing.
CMI Women's Economic Empowerment Program has an outreach project as part of its activities and reaches out to vulnerable women who are in need, making a lasting difference in the community. Financial assistance is made available by the Concern Mission Team through the local pastors and is given to potential business women to engage in petty trades, such as selling, and operating a small restaurant business on their own.
Women are a vital part of the ongoing programs of Concern Mission. Their total involvement can be felt across the landscape of Africa, including helping the Concern mission team during voluntary food distribution to the poor and hungry people at specific distribution centers. Concern Mission's Women Economic Empowerment Program ("WEEP") encourages women to participate in mission-related activities, mentoring and ministering to young girls, about social health concerns and other physical, emotional, social, moral, mental, and spiritual issues affecting young girls, and women in General., especially in Africa and around the world.

CMI Sponsored workshop Women in Ghana
In March, June, and October every year, CMI sponsors conferences and workshops for women on Economic Empowerment in the United States, Africa, and Asia. June 26- July 3, 2023, in Ghana, brought together Pastors, counselors, Missionaries, and community leaders from around Ghana to discuss and promote healthy living. At these conferences, women are allowed to engage in lively discussions, attend inspiring keynote speeches, and participate in interactive workshops. Together, with your donation, we can explore the challenges and opportunities in achieving and shaping the future of less fortunate women around the world.

CMI Sponsored Adult Literacy Program in Nigeria
The rate of illiteracy in Africa, and Nigeria in particular is high. It is one of the reasons why there is a high rate of unemployment, low mortality rate, corruption, indecent work, and economic growth. There is too much hunger with over 60 percent not able to eat three meals a day. Lack of education has also promoted war and injustice in Africa and Nigeria in particular.
Concern Mission is partnering with Pastors providing adult and non-formal education to low-literate adults, provision of community libraries, and organizing social events for older adults (aged 40 years and above) at Family of God Min,
Women Transforming Communities
The Mission of the Women’s Ministry is to address the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of women. We want to assist women in connecting and developing godly bonds with other women. Our aim is to equip and encourage every woman to grow and mature spiritually, personally, and in her devotion to Christ. We endeavor to be a source of encouraging inspiration for one another through wholesome gatherings and church activities.
